The Grand Canal

Our next destination was Venice, Italy for a few days.  It was quite the experience taking the water taxi to our hotel.

The Hilton rooftop pool was awesome!  And the girls even got in a little swim practice.

My travel points paid off at the Hilton in Venice and we got upgraded to a pretty cool hotel room!

Ashlyn may have gotten a little "freaked" out by the gondola...

Paris, France

We started our 2014 vacation with a long weekend in Paris, France.  We tried to cover as much as we could in a few days including The Louvre, Versailles, Eiffel Tower, Wine, and Food!

This was one of my favorite shots from the Eiffel Tower - love the late shadow across Paris.
